Shipping Policy

Ooh La La  has a standard shipping fee of $8.99 for all orders. International rates will differ. Local customers in Baltimore can choose curbside/store pickup at checkout at no cost.

All orders are usually shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow a window of 3-7 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

In-Store Orders:

Please note that all sale items are final purchase. For other products, we offer refunds within 1 day and exchanges or store credit within 7 days.

Item must be unworn with tag and receipt. 

If a discount was applied, no refund will be given. You can exchange or get store credit only.

 For all Full Price Items You have 4 business days from when you receive the item to ship it back to get a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost. We can provide a label for a flat fee of $8.99.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 7 days for your refund to be issued - in the same method you used to pay. Unfortunately, if the item is not in transit within four business days from when your item was delivered, it’s too late to make a return.


Refunds will only be given if the item is returned unworn, unwashed, without any damages, and the tag is intact.

Please note: ALL sale, "Final Sale", and discounted items are final sale and may not be returned. If these items are returned, the customer will not be credited, and the item(s) will not be mailed back.
